Documents and pre-approval
I give you a document list. With it I obtain a pre-approval that sets your budget and holds a rate, usually for 90 to 120 days. It is not a guarantee: final approval depends on the property and on your situation staying the same.
Lender comparison
I submit your file to the lenders that fit your profile and compare rates, conditions and penalties, not just the interest rate.
Approval and notary
Once the offer is accepted, I manage the final approval and coordinate with the notary through to the keys.

How do I verify your licence?
In the public register of the Autorité des marchés financiers, by searching my name. The licence number is in the footer of this page.
Is the whole process in Spanish?
Yes, if you prefer: conversations, document list and explanations. Lenders' contracts and deeds are in French or English; we review them together before signing.
Do I need to come to your office?
Not necessarily. Most steps happen by phone, WhatsApp or video call. The final signing is at the notary.
