Privacy policy

This site collects personal information in two places: the contact form — your name, a phone number or an email address, what you are after and, if you wish, a message describing your situation — and whatever you choose to send by WhatsApp, phone or email. You are not asked for your income, the price of the property, or your credit history. It uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers: the single technical cookie stores your language preference.

The form carries your message through Postmark, a United States email service, so your message leaves Quebec. There is no database; it stays in the email inbox and in that service's log. Beside the form, before you type anything, the notice says the same.

Information you provide for a mortgage file is handled under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and a mortgage broker's obligations toward the Autorité des marchés financiers. You may at any time request access to your information, have it corrected or withdraw consent by writing to the contact address.
